Design

From the moment an order is placed, the customer is closely involved in the process. Our Sales Managers work directly with the customer to determine the best trailer specifications for their needs. Our engineers, using advanced design tools such as 3D modeling and stress analysis software, create detailed drawings based on the customer’s requirements. Thanks to the flexibility of our resources, these designs can be adjusted to ensure the perfect specification is met. Once all parties are confident in the design, it moves forward into production.

Fabrication

Throughout the design process, our engineering team generates DXF files to enable precise part cutting using the latest CNC laser and plasma machines. After the cutting stage, relevant parts are shaped on advanced CMC press brakes for optimal accuracy. These machines guarantee perfectly cut components for an ideal fit. We also employ a variety of welding techniques, including cutting-edge robotic welding systems, ensuring unmatched speed, precision, and efficiency in our production process.

Chassis Preparation

All chassis are subjected to a fully automated shot blasting process, which creates a clean, smooth surface ideal for paint application. This step is crucial for ensuring a high-quality, durable paint finish that lasts.

Paint

Our HIPO trailers are engineered for exceptional appearance and durability. We utilize advanced processes such as electrophoresis, powder coating, and baking, applied to a fully shot blasted and pre-drilled chassis. These techniques ensure a long-lasting, high-quality finish that enhances the trailer’s appearance and residual value. Assembly

At HIPO, each semi-trailer is assembled with meticulous attention to detail.
